He has also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has recently undertaken a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting to further enable him to convey his knowledge to people in terms and ways that are easy to understand. EXPERIENCE: Malcolm has been involved in training for over 18 years with private, commercial, and disad-vantaged clients. He has worked in both one-to-one and group sessions. He has over 35 years of experience with computers in the DOS, Windows and Mac environments. PHILOSOPHY: Malcolm has the background, training and experience to understand how the end (ordinary) user sees and uses their computer. He understands that it doesn’t matter how good a com-puter system is people, can't use it, or won't use it, if they don't understand in simple terms, how to use it to their own benefit.
